The kitchenette in my room was a handy feature, especially with the fridge and microwave. I liked the cozy sofa for relaxing while enjoying the peaceful street view outside.
The room was quite cramped and didn't match the advertised photos, which was a letdown. The shower only provided a tropical type head, making it tricky to wash without getting my hair wet, and I was disappointed to find only one hand towel upon arrival. I encountered low water pressure during my shower, and the noise from neighboring rooms was pretty disruptive to my sleep. A lack of cleaning during my stay also stood out. some areas felt neglected, and I had to deal with an unexpected deposit requirement without prior notice.

I was absolutely floored by the lack of service at H-A Aparthotel Hotel Quo! Showering was an ordeal with only a tropical head, and cozying up in a freezing room with just one blanket was less than ideal. I really thought they'd throw in some complimentary treats for my troubles, but clearly that was too much to ask.

would definitely stop here again
The Standard Double Room had a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, which was super handy. I loved the flat-screen TV and the comfy sofa for relaxing. The shower was great, and I appreciated the free toiletries. The peaceful quiet street view made it even better. The public bath was a nice bonus too!

We had a fantastic stay in the spacious two-bedroom apartment, which was perfect for our family. The location was superb, just a short walk from the Diego de León metro station, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The staff were incredibly accommodating, offering laundry pods free of charge when we asked about washing our clothes.
The only minor downside was that breakfast options were somewhat limited.

The location was ideal, situated near a metro station and various restaurants, making it easy to explore. The apartment was well-equipped with a great shower, and the beds provided a comfortable night’s sleep. the space fell short of expectations. it was cramped and did not match the pictures seen, leading to disappointment. While the overall cleanliness was commendable, the less inviting atmosphere detracted from the experience, leaving room for improvement.
